Description
This cuvée from Terre de L'Elu is a unique blend of 50% Cabernet Franc 50%, 35% Gamay, and 15% Grolleau. It has a subtle bouquet but is a veritable explosion of red fruits on the palate. Light, spicy notes and fine tannins.
Chill it for 15 mintes before serving add even more vibrancy. This wine is flexible when pairing - it can handle roasted meats and even a little bit of spice.
